In addition to Sergey's recommendation you may check FAQ by Vlad Grynchyshyn How to obtain form's caption font parameters. It has a code to position this info exactly in the right corner of the form's title.

However, I had discussions on this issue about 2 years ago (may be more) and several developers advocated against using form's caption for displaying this info...
