Depending on whether you are using IIS 6 or not, the session timeout can be found in the processModel element of the machine.config file or as a configuration setting in IIS 6. The machine.config file is located in the C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\CONFIG folder.
