From the error message. If it is not there then try something like:
1. BACKUP scx and sct files
2. use form.scx excl
pack
use
try modi form... or do form...

If not succeed, then

3. use form.scx excl
Try to find suspicious record. It should have not empty method field.
Analyse the code in method field or just paste it into the new prg file and try to compile prg to see whether any error occurs.

If record is suspicious, delete it and repeat step #2 above.
