Without wishing to be too controversial, could I just remind you that the UT is a global phenomenon (like the Ford Focus...), so do bear in mind that altering the time doesn't do much for those of us who are not in the US.

Perhaps you should have "guest time zones" and have a chat in the middle of the night, you might be surprised how many people attend.
