In VFP, when you open a table, you can Browse it (ie. the "Grid"). Then you can toggle Edit mode (via the View menu) which puts you in a scrollable "Form" (zero minutes).
In about 5 minutes more, you should be able to put these two commands (BROWSE and EDIT) into a .prg, and toggle between the views using ON KEY, if you still need an "app".
>Probably wizards remain the same from version V6. I need to create a very simple application which, after loading several tables from Excel spreadsheets, substitutes handling spreadsheets by handling respective tables in VFP.
>Just wondering whether there is a form wizard ( or application wizard) somewhere allowing to create from arbitrary table a form comprising two tabs Data Entry(VCR)/List(Grid) ( ala Tasmanian Traders or Promatrix samples ). My aim not to spend more than 5 minutes on this application without buying anything. Visual Foxpro 8 doesn't seem to provide such a wizard.
