the server is in a server farm, if that the term, fire proof etc etc, it is run by unison.ie and is quite good. iis is the webver, i can see a few people cringe already but it has done everything we wanted it to do and has not crahsed yet, would like to think that it down to good programming ;-). the number of concurrent users i am not too sure about but i don't think that we have a limit except the bandwidth, by the way it has a fibre back bone. i based the application around a section of our accounting package that was written in fp2.6. i re-wrote some into dll's and other parts into the asp code depending on what was easier at the time. if i had to do it all again i would move more code into the dlls but i found asp easy to grasp and this project had a very small time frame.
Cheers
