I agree with this, and agree we basically disagree on some of the details of this topic. You do have good points. I know you love brutal honesty, so I will say that in the end, Microsoft has the ability and right to make anyone an MVP as well as not make someone an MVP, for any reason. But the MVP program and the VFP team works very hard to create the most complete and fair list of VFP MVPs as possible, and the team feels this list is one a great list. The list will never be perfect, but we always listen to feedback and since the MVP award only last a year and that we can add anyone we want to every 3 months, it is very dynamic.
