if VFPT put localization on DBF tables ( like SQL Server ),
this evaluation is not more necessary.

MS VFPT ( or MVP ) can implement VFP_LocEn.DBF, VFP_LocDe.DBF....
( VFP can load this at startup without any penalization)

If the market in Italian language ( or other languages ) is marginal,
an Italian software haouse can however create just the VFP_LocMy.DBF.

This is useful also for an English software house, that it can personalize some messages of error,warnings,....
