2 Basic questions:

Has anyone tried converting a website based on dreamweaver templates to webforms?

Do webforms support templates, IOW, can I create a webform that serves as a template for all other webforms in the project? And, if so, can those templates be further subclassed? (Templates based on templates or perhaps they are not called templates but a class?)
