Others have already mentioned Anders' posts. Anders speaks several languages (Sweedish, German, French, Spanish) and I'm sure he posts in language-specific newsgroups in the Microsoft public groups. Anders knows more about the SQL language than anybody else I know. Everything I know about SQL (which is a fair amount) I learned from Anders.
