You've mentioned 'debug info'. This only affects the generation of an EXE. If you're running your app directly from VFP the setting won't be relevant.

I've usually seen the problem you're reporting when FXP and PRG timestamps get out of sync.

At the risk of banging on about this I did say *any* fxps that may be around. Are you sure there are no others anywhere in the path ?
