is it possible (in vfp7 or vfp8) to make a form dockable?

i'd like to use such a dockable form as a menu. now i'm using a form without titlebar, movable=.f. and place it hardcoded (frm.left=_screen.left and frm.height=_screen.height).

i'd like to use something similar to the command-/property-/...-window in vfp
