hi all,

i am currently working as a developer and would like to purchase my own copy of visual studio but had some questions on the licensing. When I asked MS they were not very helpful. If what im asking is in anyway illegal then i do not want to do it. I would like to purchase a copy of VS6 from e-bay (or somewhere like it) will this mean that I have a valid copy that i can distribute from? would i be able to upgrade to .net legally?
