You already have a lot of solutions but I want to give you one tip for solution.
First of all 'On key label' command was a good solution in foxpro 2.x Dos age but after using event procedure, this command does not work in any events in form. And somecase keypress is inconvenient for implementing.

Any application has their menu so you can make menu items with shortcut. In menu item, you should choice procedure for this simple coding.

_screen.activeform.pageframe1.activepage=1

You need make as many menu items as your pages. Then your menu shotcut will work for changing pages in your pageframe.
