For full commercial ones, the best can be taking Microsoft ones as an example (maybe you don't need to be so hard <s>).

If you're going to use a commercial EULA, my advise is that in any case you check it with an attorney before putting the text in a setup. Licensing terms are not something easy, and putting such a document can bind you to some things that you be better off.
