Not exactly, but I do need to clarify...

I'm already using a Grid Layout panel on a web form, and I want to be able to position a user control within that Grid Layout panel, which the IDE does not seem to allow you to do easily (it forces user controls to the upper left corner).

The way I've been able to work around this is to drop a Flow Layout panel onto the Grid Layout panel, position and size it the way I need it, then drop the user control into the Flow Layout panel. I've basically nested a layout panel within another layout panel.
