Thanks for your help...I found it! The author of the add-on I was using evidently coded it to work in a stand alone environment. The first line of his ListBar.init method is:

SET CLASSLIB TO OUTLOOK ADDITIVE &&/Builder

Obviously, when building an EXE, this command would not be prudent, nor would it work in the Mere Mortals environment.
