Sorry... I can only advice my method which I use through strange situations.
If there is nothing, there isnt't any problem:

-delete report, regenerate.
if don't okey:
-quit vfp. run vfp. don't run your appl. run report directly.
if don't okey:
-run report with another view.
if don't okey:
-change your computer.try again
if don't okey:
-change your vfp version which you used.
