>Yes it wouldn't. It's the main form. The other form is in it.

Ok, I get the picture. Note that I used Desktop=True on purpose for the second form. I guess what we/I need is a new ShowWindow value, like:

0 In Screen (Default). The form is a child form that is placed in the main Visual FoxPro window.

1 In Top-Level Form. The form is a child form of the active top-level form, which can be the main Visual FoxPro window or another top-level form. Use this setting if you want the child form to be placed inside the active top-level form.

2 As Top-Level Form. The form is a top-level form in which child forms can be placed. Note that a top-level form is always modeless, regardless of the WindowType property setting.

3 Top-Level-Form controlled by Top-Level-Form. The form is a top-level form, but it's controlled by the active top-level form. Use this setting if you want the form to be minimized or closed if the controlling top-level form is minimized or closed.

But then... this would also imply that this type of form should either not have a minimize-feature itself, or it should minimize into the left lower corner of the controlling form.

My conclusion: I'll stick to my old solution of many Top-Level forms.

Thanks for your attention. :)
