I have a few questions about developing Pocker PC applications.

1. Using VS.NET 2003 do I need to buy a licence for every application I deploy or are they royalty free like VFP.

2. The backend database I will be using will be XML or Access (unless there is a better one). I have Access 2000 Pro. If I use Access do I need to buy licences for that?

3. Do I just copy the Access database onto the Pocket PC and set up a connection?

4. Should I create the application using Windows forms or ASP.NET? (The data is unlikely to be ever on the web).
