In IE, this window is not appearing. It only appears in the task bar for half a second. This is necessary to synchronize your login across multiple domains we have now. If you have problems with that, I suggest you see if you are using some utilities which are intercepting the opening of a new window or things like that. In normal process, this shouldn't affect anything nor visually.
