If this is on Windows 2003 Server, you need to enable ISAPI extensions - all ISAPI is disabled by default. You may also want to take a look at running .vfp. mtdlls with asp.net or asp, the MS recommended way to do web apps with vfp - see http://www.activevfp.com/avfpdemo2/default.aspx for more details...
