Since Windows spools the print job first before releasing to printer, might part of problem be how much space you have on the drive where TEMP is located? I have tried printing a document that turned out to be corrupt in that the *end-of-file* marker was missing. This created an endless document. As soon as the available space in my C:\TEMP directory (C: drive) went to 0, I got error.
