That means, two results were returned. The search options may differ from one account to another. There are options in the account setup for that.
IIRC, the settings in the Account Setup determine defaults. However, if you change the settings on the Search form, shouldn't those override the defaults? I explicitly made the changes I posted in the original message to perform the search. It came up with two results. This is obviously incorrect and it shouldn't matter how the account settings look.
