Every time I try to install I get the message "The System Administrator Has Set Policies To Prevent This Installation." I get this message logged in as myself and I have administrator rights and logged in as the Administrator. Any body have any ideas?

Are you in a network environment where the IT admins use Group Policies? They may have locked something down...
