What kinds of interesting things have you found in the Charlotte area, and where did you find them? I suppose that it's within reach of the foothills. I haven't been right around there. I used to live in Charleston SC, which is four hours from Charlotte and therefore not in the area. I never ran out of places to see in Charleston.
