After upgrading to SP1, the development copy of VFP8 in my machine works okay. However, all the existing distribution copies of our applications on the same machine can't be started and show the following error message:

"Resource file version mismatch"
and then
"Visual FoxPro cannot start. Could not load resources¡K"

I'm running the applications on an English WinXP with Multilanguage Pack installed. The UI is in English. The "Location" in the Regional and Language settings is "Hong Kong S.A.R."

I tried changing the command line of one of the application shortcuts to:

MyApp.Exe -LC:\VFP8\Vfp8cht.dll

The application starts successfully only once. After the application was closed, I failed to start it again even if I or deleted the resource file switch in the command line or changed the command line to

MyApp.Exe -LC:\VFP8\Vfp8enu.dll

I tried rebuilding the EXE with the VFP8-SP1 development copy. However the same error was still shown.

Grate if the FoxPro Team of MS or anybody would help!
