If money or cost are an issue there's always Codebook, the PD version of MaxFrame and Maurice DeBiers public domain framework. If you're doing web applications, there's West-Wind and a few others. Even if someone decides to roll their own, the amount that can be learned from the frameworks is incredible. For example, Steve Sawyer uses his own framework that has parts from Codebook, parts from VFE and parts from MaxFrame. If I didn't happen to be a framework vendor we'd probably have all of them here and use all of them or at least have evaluated all of them.

Let's decide that me (or someone else) already learned that incredible amount :) May I ask you another but related question? I'm not an expert in VB,PB, though used them sometimes, and why there are no frameworks for these products?
