Actually, I found the problem the day after I submitted the question.

The rights in my "C:\Program Files" directory got changed to "Read Only" and the Setup Wizard could not create the temporary table "OENGINE".

>That looks like the file is in use. I think it is convenient to copy all files you require for the setup, from your main project folder to another folder. I mean, in case you didn't do so already.
