Hi Andreas

The vcx is contained in one file and Source Safe only understands files. There is a setting on source safe to allow more than one user to check out the same file at the same time. You will have to be very careful to merge the changes back in which is a PITA in my opinion. If I were you I would break your vcx's in smaller pieces.
