As far as I know, it would require a Constitutional Amendment to do that, and that is HARD to do!!! So you don't need to worry to much about Arnold 4 Prez bumper stickers, yet!!

Anyhow, he is pretty much a Liberal (Socially, that is!). So you would have a Liberal in the White House, along with a Kennedy..... Camelot again???
