Hi, Tracy.
>Looking at the subscription price, I see that yes, it is a fair price. However, it just took away a portion of my justification for a corporate UT membership where I work. With budget constraints so tight right now that there is little to no training dollars, magazine subscriptions and professional memberships are getting more difficult to justify for small and medium size businesses. When my personal UT PUTM runs out next month, I was hoping my employer would purchase corporate membership and we were indeed headed that way. However, the magazine subscription being a benefit of the PUTM made it a go until now. Now I have to explain why its no longer included and whether or not it is a justifiable expense as a forum membership alone. Just frustrating Martin! While certainly understandable from a business perspective, the timing couldn't be worse!
I appreciate your understanding. Please, keep in mind that the magazine was NEVER part of the PUTM subscription. PUTM benefits have no changed at all, and are listed here:
http://www.levelextreme.com/Register.asp#1Briefly, it includes:
- Searching into the messages archive
- Free CoDe Magazine subscription
- News Alert!
- Product support
- Dashboard
- Universal Thread Web Service
- Many more options on Account Setup
- Favorites
- Universal Thread Partnership Program
- Folders
- Universal Thread Console
I hope all this can justify the membership alone.
Thanks for the feedback,
