You stated again that it was part of PUTM and it was never. The magazine, which was free until September 2003, for the online edition, and on a paying status for the offline edition, has never been related to the PUTM. That shouldn't have been a justification to go for the PUTM as it was never related. If you had that assumption, the only thing I can tell is that it wasn't. Also, note that the special promotion of 25.00$ CAD is about 17.00$ US for 12 issue. So, this one for one year is really good.
