My report is actually a "Work Order Form" with a large memo field for description that can span several pages.

To print one order per page, I created a group by order code on the report, even though there is only one dbf record per order. Customer info is contained in the order group header and the large memo field containing the work description is in the detail section of the report.

I specified that the page number be reset to 1 each time the group changes.

If I query up one record with a description that spans multiple pages, _PAGENO remains at 1 on each page.

If I query up multiple records, one of which is that same order, pages containg description overflow display the page number properly with _PAGENO.

Help! I seem to be making a career out of this!
