Apparently it is finding something amiss in your existing VFP8 installation. You can find vs_setup.msi in the root directory of your VFP8 installation CD. Find and insert the CD (or point to a location for the file if you downloaded from MSDN and installed from the download), and you should be able to proceed with the SP1 installation.
