I've also had problems with users not turning the PCAnywhere on so I have it setup so that PCAnywhere loads automatically when Windows loads and run in "wait mode" in the background. Now only if I could get the users to stop turning off the machine altogether, my work would be little easier.

John, have you had the experience of working on PCAnywhere and a user walks in, turns off PCAnywhere and leaves you with an unconnected modem? Ours do that regularly - don't even bring up the chat and ask you how long you'll be! It's always "somebody else - I just found the computer open"
