I'm assuming this is because it is sharing the FOXUSER.dbf and CONFIG.fpw files. How can I keep the applications in the same folder but use separate FOXUSER and CONFIG files?

Sharon, check the SET RESOURCE command to specify alternate resource file. You can also create a config.fpw file and have a RESOURCE=OFF command in it. Then set the desired resource file in the exe itself when it loads.
