It depends on the 610 interchange:-). No place, but Houston, can one human see 50,000+ cars, all waiting for Ms. Large Marge to pick up her spilled french fries and then get her Navigator from the inside lane to the exit ramp, all while complaining gout to her sister on the cell phone.

Dallas has a good UG! You got Mark McCasland and Bill Sanders. Houston does, however, lend itself to bad-a Rock and Roll and software development. I go to someplace "clean" like Dallas - I get Ozone withdrawals.

The trip from Dallas to Houston (at this time of year) is cool. The trees are wintery near Dallas - as you close in on Houston, the seasons seem to change to spring then summer. Nice drive - I can make it to Dallas (live on the north side) in a couple of hours.

Next time you see Bill Sanders - take note of his face - does he still have a beard?
