Tried caspol -s off in both Frameworks v1.0 and v1.1 but no change...

All runs fine from my computer, but if I run the app through the network to the shared Dir...

The App (Windows form) run fine as long as I don't try to run code using the Jet4 OLEDB... A Sub will work fine using MessageBox.Show() to debug - sort of. BUT as soon as I include

Dim myOleDbDataAdapter1 = New System.Data.OleDb.OleDbDataAdapter()

The whole sub throws an Exception... The Messageboxes at the start of the sub do not run. The message is:

"The application attemted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. The operation required the SecurityException. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator, or use the Microsoft .Net security pilicy administration tool."
