thx for ur advice, but it's only work if we were using sql database
what if the database is mdb ( access database ) cause it returns an error saying " undefined function 'convert' in expression "
fyi i wrote : SELECT CONVERT(VARCHAR(8),T_attendance.dateofAtt,105) AS JUSTDATE
