GDIPLUS.DLL unknown to me
MSVCR70.DLL needs no regsvr32 and can be in the exe-dir
VFP8R.DLL needs no regsvr32 and can be in the exe-dir
VFP8RENU.DLL needs no regsvr32 and can be in the exe-dir
