How to apply a format to a DataGrid Column?

e.g.
- I have a DataGrid displaying this information: "AccountNumber, AccountDescription, Origen, Balance"
- I need the AccountNumber field with this format "00-00-00-00-00" when It's not being edited, and
without the format when it's being edited, and so the balance field, "$###,###,##0.00" while just
displaying and without the format (just number) when it's being edited.

How can I achieve this?
