Just a thought - could it be related to the use of a Network path in the connect string of the OLEDbConnection ?

Using

Dim sConStr3 As String = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Password="""";Jet OLEDB:Database Password=Test;User ID=Admin;Data Source=" + sDBNetPath + "Training.mdb;"

Where sDBNetPath = \\TazHome\TRMS\Data\

When run loacally it does work...
