i germany we have a CDROM with tel dictionary caled DINFO.
some guys developed sofware for reverse searching in this data.
(total cost of CD + Reverse lookupsoftware $9)
because it is illeagal in germany they sell it from switzerland and it works wunderfull.

may be ther is a similar solution in US
