In addition to what Metin wrote, you can create a simple HebTransform function, which just takes as parameter a Hebrew DOS string, and does the following to it:
1) Adds 96 to the ASCII code of each character ( if it's a DOS Hebrew character, meaning ASCII 128 to 156 i think )
2) Inverse the string prior to returning it
