Did you respond back? I would probably naively assume initially that the sender meant to include a message with the attachment possibly with questions on your code and clicked on send before the message got entered. However, he/she would probably have sent another message immediately afterwards with the message to clarify. But then by looking at the email address it looks more sinister than that.
Perhaps everyone could send an email to that address simply stating "SHAME ON YOU"
