Are you doing something like replication?? If so, your may store a copy of your VFP table locally, and use it for comparison. If the records is new/updated, store it in another table. After finish these process for all tables, ZIP the tables, and send it to your HQ (which the SQL Server located), decompress it and update it on server site...
