A university professor was well known for badgering his Republican students.
In one class, he asked a young woman of this political persuasion, "Are you a Republican because your parents were Republican?"
She thought for a second, then answered, "Yeah, probably."
"And what if your parents had been idiots, what would you have been then?", he smirked.
"A Democrat."
