Thank you Sergey. I meant when you are running a program in the development environment.

Is there a command equivalent to activating/deactivating the debugger toolbar from the View > Toolbar dialog? I know that you can (perhaps must) HIDE/SHOW WINDOW Debugger once it has been activated from the dialog mentioned above, but I haven't found a way to do it "from scratch".
