I've had this happen in all versions of FoxPro, including VFP... did you move the PJX from a different directory/drive? Are any network drives involved?

It usually has something to do with the project home directory (especially when all referenced files are not in child directories of the hime). It often goes away if you BUILD PROJECT [newprojectname] FROM [main.prg].
